Description of the Role: This is an opportunity to be a key contributor in a rapidly growing software consolidator. To support our growth, you will help lead a team of M&A Associates/Analysts in Karachi and be responsible for scaling processes around due-diligence and M&A execution. The design of the role will be such that the selected candidate is an integral part of the entire Banyan M&A team, working directly with Associates, Directors, and VPs across the glove in a high-energy and collaborative environment, while reporting into a Director at HQ. Near term goals include getting up to speed on the Banyan acquisition strategy, overseeing the development and growth of a high energy young and motivated team of Associates/Analysts, understanding the role played by the M&A team on transaction execution, and building best in class M&A processes for supporting operational due diligence and opportunity review on potential acquisition targets.
