Associate Creative Director

As the Associate Creative Director, you will be the creative lead responsible for shaping and executing full-scale campaigns across multiple platforms. This role is for a passionate leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable juggling creativity and strategy while mentoring a talented team.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Leadership

  • Oversee 360-degree creative campaigns, from concept through to execution, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Push the creative boundaries to deliver innovative solutions that meet client objectives and drive brand growth.

Creative Excellence

  • Develop and write compelling scripts and stories that resonate deeply with audiences across digital, print, and broadcast platforms.
  • Translate brand strategy into standout creative concepts, while always staying ahead of market trends.

Client Partnership

  • Act as a trusted creative advisor, leading client interactions and delivering presentations with clarity, confidence, and insight.
  • Manage, grow, and strengthen relationships with key clients, ensuring long-term success and satisfaction.

Team Leadership

  • Mentor and guide a diverse creative team, fostering a collaborative, high-energy culture.
  • Ensure the team delivers top-tier work on tight deadlines, maintaining both quality and creativity.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience & Expertise

  • At least 3+ years in an advertising agency, leading 360 campaigns with a proven track record of success.
  • Expert-level skills in scriptwriting, storytelling, and brand development, with a portfolio that showcases work across various media.
  • Experience working with international brands and understanding global creative standards.

Leadership & Vision

  • Hands-on leadership approach with the ability to inspire and motivate creative teams.
  • Strong communication skills, both internally and with clients, and the ability to present concepts in a compelling way.

Strategic Thinking

  • Deep understanding of brand strategy and how to integrate it into creative executions that achieve business goals.
