Transworld Associates is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Associate Admin to join its Lahore office. This is an excellent opportunity for administrative professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and have strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee office housekeeping, ensure availability of stationery, and coordinate with vendors for supplies.
- Manage office facilities, including meeting room bookings and arranging refreshments for meetings.
- Process vendor payments, handle employee expense claims, and ensure proper reconciliation of administrative expenses.
- Supervise support staff, manage attendance records, and handle issuance of gate passes for visitors and employees.
- Ensure timely payments to vendors and closely monitor office utility bills and related expenses.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in MS Excel (including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and advanced formulas).
- Strong data management skills and the ability to maintain accurate administrative records.
- Excellent business communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Education:
- Graduate from a reputable institute (Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or relevant field preferred).
