Description:

We are currently looking for a qualified candidate with an LLB degree and a minimum of five years of relevant experience in corporate law, reinsurance, finance, and taxation. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required, along with a strong command of the English language.

Responsibilities:

Provide legal advice and support on corporate matters, including contracts, agreements, and regulatory compliance.
Handle reinsurance transactions and related legal matters.
Provide guidance on tax implications and advise on financial matters.
Conduct legal research and analysis to support business decision-making.
Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure legal compliance and mitigate risks.
Stay updated with changes in relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends.
Requirements:

LLB degree from a reputable institution.
Minimum of five years of experience in corporate law, reinsurance, finance, and taxation.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with a good understanding of legal principles and concepts.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work well with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Location: Our office is situated opposite City Court, Lighthouse, Karachi.
