At IDR, we're seeking a Marketing and Communications Associate who embodies the perfect blend of creativity and strategic thinking. In this role, you will lead the charge in crafting targeted marketing strategies to break into the expert and client markets within the expert industry, identifying key stakeholders, researching market trends, and crafting resonant campaigns.
Your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, including ideating and designing internal PowerPoint presentations, engaging in employee engagement activities, creating visually appealing content, and recording/editing videos with top-notch design elements.
- Targeted Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies to penetrate the expert and client markets within the expert industry. This includes identifying key stakeholders, researching market trends, and crafting campaigns that resonate with industry experts and potential clients.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough research to understand the needs, preferences, and pain points of both experts and clients within the industry. Utilize this research to tailor marketing campaigns and messages accordingly.
- Segmentation: Implement segmentation strategies to categorize and address the diverse needs of expert and client audiences effectively. Create personalized content and communication plans to engage each segment.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with industry experts, influencers, and thought leaders to leverage their insights and connections in targeted marketing efforts. Collaborate with them to co-create content and promotions.
- Analytics and Reporting: Regularly analyze the effectiveness of marketing strategies in penetrating the expert and client markets. Utilize data-driven insights to refine campaigns and ensure they are on track to meet objectives.
- Content Creation: Create high-quality, engaging content for various marketing and communication channels, including but not limited to website, social media, email, and print materials.
- Internal PPT Decks: Develop and design visually appealing internal PowerPoint presentations to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Employee Engagement: Plan and execute employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment and company culture.
- Video Production: Record, edit, and produce professional videos with captivating design elements for internal and external use.
- Graphic Design: Utilize Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Illustrator, Canva, and other relevant software to design graphics, infographics, and other visual assets.
- Campaign Management: Contribute to the development and execution of internal and external communication campaigns to promote our products, services, and corporate initiatives.
Qualifications:
- A min. of 3 years of experience in marketing and communications, with a focus on content creation, internal engagement, and video production.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro), Figma, Illustrator, Canva, and other relevant design software.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and an eye for detail with the ability to design eye-catching content.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently, and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Familiarity with the latest trends and best practices in marketing and communications.
