Expectations:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including paid advertising (SEM, social media), email marketing, and develop and manage keyword-based advertising campaigns and SEO strategies into content creation and website optimization efforts.
- Contribute to the development of marketing collateral, presentations, and reports.
- Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to launching product, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and make data-driven decisions to optimize both paid and organic campaigns.
- Manage advertising budgets effectively to achieve company goals for paid campaigns.
- Collaborate with SEO efforts to improve organic search rankings within budget constraints, to improve website visibility to relevant search queries and audiences.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives.
- Identify and segment target audiences for paid campaigns based on demographics, behavior, and other relevant criteria.
- Conduct keyword research to identify high-potential search terms and phrases for both paid and organic search efforts.
- Generate regular reports detailing campaign performance, including KPIs, conversion rates, organic traffic growth, and keyword rankings.
- Work closely with other marketing teams content and social media to ensure a cohesive and integrated marketing approach.
- Collaborate with content creators and web developers to implement SEO best practices.
- Manage and analyze content and update customers' touch points, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide sales support.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing and SEO.
- Proficiency in using digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Experience with marketing analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools).
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
