Assistant Vice President

Description:

Alfalah Asset Management Company is actively hiring for a dynamic Assistant Vice President / Vice President in Corporate & Institutional Sales to cover the South Region. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding the company’s existing client base while focusing on AUM (Assets Under Management) growth through effective client engagement and business development targeting corporate and institutional clients.

This role requires a proactive approach to sales, strong relationship-building capabilities, and an in-depth understanding of investment products to enhance Alfalah AMC’s market share in the South Region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and nurture relationships with existing corporate and institutional clients.
• Develop and execute strategies to expand Alfalah AMC’s market presence in the South Region.
• Identify, engage, and onboard new clients to raise fresh AUM.
• Provide investment solutions tailored to client needs.
• Ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Minimum education: BBA / B.Com (MBA in Finance, Marketing, or a related field preferred).
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in financial institutions, with preference for candidates from Asset Management Companies.
• Strong sales acumen and exceptional relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
