Description:

The Senior Mergers & Acquisitions Specialist will be responsible for managing and executing M&A transactions from inception to completion. This role requires an experienced professional with deep knowledge of Mergers & Acquisition processes, financial analysis, due diligence, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will be a key contributor to our growth strategy, working closely with senior management & CEO of the Group to identify, evaluate, and integrate potential acquisition targets.

Qualifications:

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; ACCA/CA or CFA preferred.
  •  Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in M & A, investment banking, private equity, or
  • corporate development.
  •  Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
  •  Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  •  Proven ability to manage complex projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and work
  • in a fast-paced environment.
  •  Familiarity with US business practices, regulations, and market dynamics.
  •  Willingness to work in US hours (6 PM to 3 AM PST).
