Description:

Sigma Distributors is hiring an Assistant to CEO to join their team in Lahore. The role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with excellent administrative and communication skills. The Assistant will efficiently manage the CEO's calendar, coordinate travel arrangements, handle petty cash reimbursements, and oversee daily office operations, ensuring smooth execution of tasks. The position also involves providing executive support and completing additional tasks assigned by the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage and organize the CEO's calendar and schedule.
  • Ensure timely execution of administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
  • Handle petty cash reimbursements and manage personal/office expenses.
  • Oversee daily office operations.
  • Complete additional tasks assigned by the CEO.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years in administrative or executive support roles
  • Skills:
    1. Strong organizational and time management abilities
    2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Additional Requirements:
    1. Valid driving license
    2. Previous experience in a similar capacity preferred
