Are you a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with exceptional administrative and communication skills? Sigma Distributors is searching for a dedicated Assistant to CEO to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Efficiently manage and organize the CEO's calendar and schedule.
✅ Ensure timely execution of administrative tasks.
✅ Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
✅ Handle petty cash reimbursements and manage personal/office expenses.
✅ Oversee daily office operations.
✅ Complete additional tasks assigned by the CEO.
Requirements:
🔹 Education: Bachelor’s Degree
🔹 Experience: Minimum 3+ years in administrative or executive support roles
🔹 Skills:
1- Strong organizational and time management abilities
2- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
🔹 Additional Requirements:
1- Valid driving license
Previous experience in a similar capacity preferred
