Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Offline Channel Manager specializing in Electronics, Mobile phones, Computing & Accessories to join our company. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with offline dealers and whole sellers, driving sales growth, and promoting New Brands and gain market share.
*Responsibilities:
1. Channel building:
- Identify new dealers/customers in Tire-I, Tire-II & Tire-III Cities of Pakistan
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business requirements.
2. Product Knowledge/Market Research:
- Possess in-depth knowledge of Pakistan’s Electronics, Computing & Accessories Industry.
- Identify opportunities, brands and product range that will be utilized to gain market share
3. Brand Inductions & Sales Strategy:
- Introducing New brands in the market, devising sales strategies
- Marketing Requirements and Plans
4. Recovery Strategies:
- Recover the receivables as per the company policies, keeping OD accounts within the set limits
- Strategies to recover OD accounts without compromising the sales
6. Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align strategies and meet business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Channel Building, preferably in the Electronics, Computing & Accessories Industry
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, is able to convey his views and understands the objectives set by the company
- Have strong grip on data analysis, and know the right tools from where the relevant data can be extracted from
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
