Assistant Sales Manager

Description:

One of our clients is looking for a dynamic and self-driven individual with at least 3-5 years of experience in Sales.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline, conducting sales meetings, and closing clients.

Qualification:

•       Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field

Requirements:

·      Develop a deep understanding of product/service technical aspects

·      Identify and research potential customers

·      Generate leads and aim to meet/exceed sales goals

·      Negotiate contracts with prospective clients

·      Build customer relationships and understand their needs

·      Present and demonstrate products/services to potential customers

·      Provide technical support and answer customer questions

·      Close sales deals

·      Share customer feedback and market trends with marketing

·      Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports

Skills:

·  Excellent written and verbal communication

·  Skilled in Google and Excel spreadsheet usage

·  Understand the sales process and dynamics

·  Passionate about sales
