Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Project Management (60%)

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate between teams, streamline workflows, and manage priorities.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions proactively.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and progress meetings with teams.
• Document project requirements, timelines, and deliverables efficiently.

🔹 Quality Assurance (30-40%)

• Oversee and coordinate software testing to ensure high product quality.
• Develop and execute test plans and testing strategies to improve product stability.
• Identify, report, and track bugs to ensure their resolution before deployment.
• Conduct functional, regression, and usability testing for seamless user experience.

Requirements:

✔️ Minimum 1 year of experience in project management, software development, or a related field. QA expertise is essential.
✔️ Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management frameworks.
✔️ Experience with software testing principles, bug tracking, and issue resolution.
✔️ Excellent communication and organizational skills to effectively coordinate teams.
✔️ Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
✔️ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or related fields (or equivalent practical experience).
