Assistant Project Manager

LDP Logistics invites applications for a Project Manager, a role pivotal in overseeing our technology operations and strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in software development, project management, and team leadership. This role specifically requires experience in managing both SaaS-based and internally developed system software, along with an understanding of AI and ML applications. You will be responsible for the strategic deployment and management of our technology systems, ensuring they align with our operational goals and facilitate efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy and Vision: Develop and implement a technology strategy that encompasses the management and optimization of our existing SaaS-based and internally developed system software.

2. Software System Management: Oversee the maintenance, enhancement, and efficient operation of all technology systems, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with business processes.

3. Team Leadership: Lead a diverse team of IT professionals, fostering an environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.

4. Project Management: Direct the planning and execution of technology projects, ensuring they meet the company’s standards, budgetary requirements, and timeframes.

5. Innovation and Improvement: Stay abreast of advancements in technology, particularly in AI and ML, to assess their applicability and benefit to our systems and operations.

6. Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively with different departments to integrate technology solutions effectively within the business. Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Minimum 1 year of experience in technology, with a focus on software system management, including SaaS and custom-built solutions.

- Demonstrated success in project management and team leadership.

- Familiarity with AI and ML technologies is a plus.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
