Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Manager social media and Ecommerce to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving brand strategy across social medias including Instagram, Facebook etc. for B2B and B2C markets, ensuring our marketing efforts meet and exceed targets. This role involves Digital Marketing, conventional marketing, customer acquisition and retention, and planning and executing branding activities across all networks. The candidate will also be responsible for managing campaigns across digital and print mediums, collaborating with various agencies, and enhancing our e-commerce presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy:
-Drive brand strategy to both B2B and B2C markets to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
-Plan and execute branding and marketing strategies to enhance customer acquisition and retention.
-Develop and implement branding activities within the B2B network to maintain year-round customer engagement.
Campaign Management:
-Plan and coordinate photoshoots and campaign executions.
-Lead the planning and execution of new campaign shoots across digital media.
-Collaborate with digital, performance, and BTL agencies for campaign planning and execution.
Content & Creative Development:
-Assist in designing and developing marketing collateral and promotional materials.
-Conceptualize and implement media buying strategies along with PR, social, digital, and creative activations.
E-Commerce & Digital Marketing:
-Work closely with the E-Commerce department to generate online sales, ensuring the web portal is appealing and user-friendly.
-Enable and manage WhatsApp Business and TikTok channels for marketing asset distribution and awareness campaigns.
-Analyze social media campaigns using tracking systems to gather data, assess efficacy, and identify areas for improvement.
Strategic Planning:
-Plan and manage the yearly brand calendar and ensure all marketing activities align with it.
-Strategize and prioritize the distribution of marketing assets across various channels.
-Perform business performance analysis on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
-3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on brand strategy, campaign management, and digital marketing.
-Strong understanding of B2B and B2C markets.
-Proven experience in outlet branding, trade marketing, and customer acquisition/retention strategies.
-Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
-Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
-Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and e-commerce management.
