AKD Investment Management Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and qualified Assistant Manager Risk to lead and implement an overall risk management process. This role focuses on evaluating and improving risk strategies and frameworks while ensuring compliance and organizational goals are met.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Plan, design, and implement an overall risk management process for the organization.
  2. Monitor entities to ensure alignment with investment mandates.
  3. Measure risks and evaluate the risk-adjusted performance of funds under management.
  4. Analyze transactions, internal reports, and financial information to identify potential fraud risks.
  5. Evaluate the effectiveness of internal control frameworks in addressing risks and achieving organizational objectives.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications:
    • ACCA (Qualified)
    • FRM/CFA (Qualified or Part Qualified)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Relevant experience of 1–2 years, preferably in AMCs or Financial Institutions.
