Job Role

 

  • To make the calls and inform to clients about their pending/ due installments on daily basis.
  • To Follow-up with clients regarding commitment and makes call to remind their commitment.
  • To Follow up about returned letters on monthly basis and punch/add remarks in the system.
  • To Deal with clients and provide them information regarding recovery and transfer, resolve customer complaints/ requests & other quires
  • To deal with walk-in clients, and answer their queries and fix their issues according to the company policy. To provide complete information regarding their pending dues/installments

 

Qualifications & Skills

 

  • Must have Bachelor Degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 3 to 4 years experience required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Software, MS-Office
  • Drafting & typing skills
  • Coordination and follow up skills
  • Proficiency in English/Urdu
