Description:

Responsibilities:

· Manage the sales return material cycle.
· Conduct ISO 9001-2015 yearly audits.
· Perform internal audits per plan issued by the Management Representative to evaluate ISO 9001-2015 implementations.
· Report any nonconformance found during quarantine inspection in part or product to the concerned department.
· Draft quality assurance procedures.
· Evaluate customer requirements and ensure their satisfaction regarding quality.
· Plan, conduct, monitor, and compile reports of process audits.
· Analyze and prepare Customer Rejections Reports using different problem-solving techniques.
· Manage Customer Audits.
· Compile statistical data of quality.
· Approve Quarantine (Semi-finished and Finished Goods).
· Prepare the yearly training plan and execute training as per the plan.

Requirements:

Minimum BE in a relevant field.
3-4 years of relevant experience.
