Assistant Manager Pharmacy

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Pharmacy. The Assistant Manager Pharmacy will be responsible for overseeing and managing daily pharmacy operations, ensuring accurate and timely dispensing of medications, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring compliance with pharmacy practice standards. The Assistant Manager Pharmacy will also be responsible for handling prescriptions, handling immunization services, and maintaining inventory control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Pharm-D.
• Pharmacy License
• Minimum of 2 - 4 years of relevant experience on the same capacity in a tertiary care healthcare hospital, either in Pakistan or abroad.
• Previous experience in hospital pharmacy management or a leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of hospital pharmacy operations and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic healthcare environment.
