Description:
This full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager of Learning and Development is located in Karachi. The Assistant Manager of Learning and Development will be responsible for designing and implementing an effective learning strategy and leading learning programs that will enhance employee skills, performance, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop training content and ensure the alignment of training material with current market practice.
· Deliver, supervise and develop training programs, workshops, seminars, recommended sessions etc
· Design and arrange the employee engagement programs/initiatives for fostering positive cultural environment.
· Maintain and implement the training and engagement calendar.
· Working knowledge of instructional design techniques and training methodologies.
· Ability to identify training needs, develop effective training programs, and measure their success.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills to deliver training and interact with stakeholders.
· Experience in managing and developing a team of trainers and providing constructive feedback.
· Experience working in a diverse, multicultural work environment.
· Ensure end to end training management and compliance.
KSA
· Excellent interpersonal, organizational & communication skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Canva
· Proficiency in TimeTrax will be a plus.
· Proficiency in Adobe illustrator will be a plus.

Eligibility Criteria
· Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or a related field.
· 2-5 years of experience in a learning and development role, preferably in a corporate setting.
· Relevant certifications are plus.
