Assistant Manager Internal Auditor

Description:

Kamal Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Assistant Manager Internal Auditor to join our Garments Division. This role involves evaluating financial and operational processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and industry regulations, and identifying areas for process improvement to enhance efficiency and mitigate risks.

Key Responsibilities:

📋 Audit & Compliance:

• Conduct audits of financial transactions, inventory, and operational procedures within the Garments Division.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and best practices.
• Identify risks, inefficiencies, and control weaknesses, recommending corrective actions.

📊 Inventory & Stock Audits:

• Perform stock audits to verify raw material and finished goods inventory.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and detect any discrepancies or irregularities.

🔍 Process Improvement & Risk Management:

• Collaborate with different departments to strengthen internal controls and improve financial processes.
• Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, recommendations, and action plans.
• Assist in developing audit plans, policies, and risk management strategies.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

✅ Education:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting & Finance or a related field.
• CA Inter, ACMA, ACCA, or CIA preferred.

✅ Experience:

• 3-5 years of internal auditing experience, preferably in the textile or garments industry.

✅ Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of risk assessment, internal controls, and compliance frameworks.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, accounting software, and ERP systems.

✅ Soft Skills:

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality and professional ethics.
