UPCO are looking for “Assistant Manager Human Resource (Training & Development)“.
Requirement & Skills:
- The incumbent should be MBA / BBA major in HRM.
- 4-5 years of hands-on experience in employee training & development programs (Internal / External trainings), performance management system, employee engagement programs, and employer branding.
- Good planning, organizational, analytical and decision-making skills.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
Key Role & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to identify training needs.
- Design, develop, and deliver training programs to address identified needs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in the development and implementation of organization-wide initiatives to improve performance, productivity, and employee satisfaction.
- Conduct organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them.
- Support the performance management process by providing guidance to managers and employees.
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems and tools.
- Analyze performance data and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee morale.
- Coordinate employee feedback mechanisms, such as surveys and focus groups, and analyze results to identify areas for improvement.
- Plan and organize employee events and activities to promote team building.
- Assist in the development and implementation of employer branding strategies.
- Manage employer branding channels, including social media, company website, and recruitment materials.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of employer branding efforts and make recommendations for improvement.
