𝑪𝑯𝑨𝑹𝑪𝑶𝑨𝑳 𝑷𝑽𝑻. 𝑳𝑻𝑫. is hiring "𝑨𝒔𝒔𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒂𝒏𝒕 𝑴𝒂𝒏𝒂𝒈𝒆𝒓 𝑯𝑹 𝑶𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔" for its HR Department.

Major Responsibilities:

• Implementation of policies, procedures and SOPs.
• Strategic alignment of operations with overall company goals and take strategic initiatives to improve overall HR operations.
• Managing all day to day tasks.
• Maintaining complete and accurate employee database.
• Monthly payroll management and proceeding final settlements.
• EOBI and social security payments proceedings.
• Benefits administration.
• HR data and analytics for decision making.
• Managing HR operations in HRIS system.
• HRIS management including new developments and implementation and training staff.
• Attendance and leaves management.
• Managing employee relations.
• Supporting the senior leadership team with ad hoc requests.
• Managing employee onboarding and off boarding.
• Define and implement internal HR practices that secure compliance with labor laws.
• Maintain internal communication with HR updates and announcements.

𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: 4 - 5 Years with related working experience in Retail Industry.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: BBA or MBA with specialization in HR or any other related field.
