Assistant Manager Finance - Reconciliation Expert

 

Description:

Develop, monitor, and maintain effective reconciliation processes for concierge bounty collections.
Showcase expertise in QuickBooks Online and similar financial systems.
Provide strategic insights and forecasts to senior management to support both short-term and long-term decision-making.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting activities, including bank and credit card reconciliations, managing vendor and creditor accounts, coordinating annual filings, and reviewing financial reports as necessary.
Analyze financial data and prepare comprehensive monthly and annual reports.

Qualifications:
Strong understanding and application of US GAAP standards.
Advanced degree in Accounting.
3+ years of relevant experience in an accounting or finance role.
Proven ability in designing and implementing reconciliation processes.
Effective teamwork, critical thinking, and contribution to process design and improvement.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong grasp of business principles and financial practices.
Superior attention to detail.
Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, data management, and process optimization.
