Description:
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
· 𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞: Manage SECP enterprise change procedures and handle regulatory interactions with government departments, including SECP, NEPRA, and AEDB.
· 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐥 & 𝐋𝐨𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐬: Coordinate travel arrangements for power station employees, including vehicles, security, flights, and hotel bookings, ensuring seamless travel experiences.
· 𝐕𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐫 & 𝐈𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: Oversee procurement of office supplies and inspect power station materials and maintenance suppliers to maintain high standards and effective inventory control.
· 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐀𝐮𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: Arrange and coordinate meetings with government departments to streamline operations.
· 𝐒𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐀𝐟𝐟𝐚𝐢𝐫𝐬 & 𝐀𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Facilitate power station site activities and manage daily office operations, including online billing for Lahore office.
· 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 & 𝐑𝐞𝐢𝐦𝐛𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: Process commercial insurance and invoice reimbursements, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
· 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭: Assist with additional duties as assigned by the leadership team.
𝐈𝐝𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐞:
We are looking for candidates with hands-on experience managing government interactions and compliance, especially with departments like SECP, NEPRA, and AEDB. Strong written and verbal communication, along with skills in procurement, vendor management, and fleet management, are essential.
