Job Responsibilities:

  • To manage to provide high-quality and sustainable administrative support and assistance to GMA.
  • Management of rental properties; managing ERP Property Module, keeping the module functional and up-to-date for all rented premises across the Northern Region
  • Timely processing of rents as per agreed frequency.
  • Preparation of Lease Agreements & Addendum of rented buildings.
  • Record keeping & file maintenance of all rented buildings.
  • Handing and taking over rented buildings to and from landlords.
  • Hiring of new buildings for schools, and offices across the region.
  • Dealing with landlords being TCS NR point of contact for landlords of rented premises.
  • Annual R&M; budgeting, execution, and monitoring of annual R&M.
  • Execution of mergers and relocations of schools.
  • Handling of expenses of Guest houses.
    To manage the provision of high quality and sustainable administrative support and assistance to work proactively along with the team; ensuring work is joined up and designed with an understanding of wider functions and priorities.
  • Able to plan and prioritize workload of the administrative team to meet the needs of the management
