What You'll Be Doing:

• Analyze job descriptions and craft tailored, persuasive proposals with relevant portfolios
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand needs, build trust, and convert leads into sales
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction
• Identify new growth opportunities and drive continuous improvement in bidding strategies and conversion rates

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development on Upwork (Specifically in video animation)
• Strong English communication skills (both written & verbal)
• Proven track record in sales, proposal writing, and client handling
• Able to own and achieve a monthly target of $5K–$8K through Upwork sales
• Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for closing deals
• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
