Alestra Solutions, a leading provider of digital and design services, is hiring an Assistant Manager – Technical Support to join our team in Gulberg Greens, Islamabad. This is a full-time, on-site position that plays a critical role in ensuring our technical support operations run smoothly. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for leading the technical support team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing high-quality service through effective troubleshooting and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Oversee and manage the daily operations of the technical support department.
✅ Ensure the delivery of excellent customer service by resolving technical queries efficiently.
✅ Act as a point of escalation for complex technical issues, collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
✅ Train, mentor, and evaluate technical support staff to enhance team performance.
✅ Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track team success and identify areas for improvement.
✅ Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall customer experience and service quality.

Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Designing, Computer Science, or a related field (BS/MS preferred).
✔ 4 to 5 years of proven experience in a technical support leadership role.
✔ Excellent customer satisfaction and customer support skills.
✔ Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
✔ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ Previous experience in a technical support environment is highly desirable.
