319 Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager Sales for our Lahore branch. We are looking for a graduate with a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT hardware, particularly in Scanners and Audio/Video Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee sales of IT hardware, focusing on Scanners and Audio/Video Solutions.
Handle and manage petty cash, ensuring proper documentation and accuracy.
Supervise and manage a team effectively, ensuring targets and goals are met.
Lead sales initiatives, fostering strong relationships with clients and vendors.
Collaborate with other departments to drive the success of sales strategies and improve client satisfaction.
Requirements:
A graduate degree with at least 5 years of experience in the IT hardware sector, specifically in Scanners and Audio/Video Solutions.
Team management skills with a proven track record of handling and supervising staff.
Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for reporting, presentations, and documentation.
Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with clients and team members.
Capable of managing petty cash and ensuring compliance with financial processes.
