✅ Payroll & Contract Management: Oversee accurate payroll processing, employment contracts, and timely employee separations.
✅ Compliance & HR Processes: Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR best practices.
✅ Data Audits & Documentation: Conduct HR data audits, issue necessary documentation, and maintain HR records.
✅ Employee Relations & Grievance Handling: Foster positive workplace relations and resolve employee grievances effectively.

🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
📊 Experience: 5-7 years in HR operations (with at least 3 years in a leadership role).
