Abacus Outsourcing is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Assistant Manager, HR Operations to oversee key HR functions, including payroll processing, contract management, compliance, and employee relations. Key Responsibilities:

Payroll & Contract Management: Oversee accurate payroll processing, employment contracts, and timely employee separations.
Compliance & HR Processes: Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR best practices.
Data Audits & Documentation: Conduct HR data audits, issue necessary documentation, and maintain HR records.
Employee Relations & Grievance Handling: Foster positive workplace relations and resolve employee grievances effectively.
Process Improvement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance HR operational efficiency.


Qualifications & Skills:

🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
📊 Experience: 5-7 years in HR operations (with at least 3 years in a leadership role).
🔹 Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, payroll, and compliance regulations.
  • Experience handling employee relations, contracts, and HR systems.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead teams and drive HR process improvements.

Work Schedule & Benefits:

🕘 Timings: 10 AM – 7 PM (Onsite)
