KeyLight Film Gears Rental, a leading name in equipment rentals for the film and advertising industry, is seeking an Assistant Manager - Office Management to oversee administrative operations, support team members, and maintain efficient office workflows. Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Coordination:
    • Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and handle correspondence effectively.
  • Office Operations:
    • Oversee maintenance, supplies, and the coordination of equipment rentals.
  • Event and Meeting Coordination:
    • Organize events, meetings, and conferences as needed.
  • Team Support:
    • Provide exceptional support by answering phones, responding to emails, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Policy Implementation:
    • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
  • Financial Oversight:
    • Manage budgets, track expenses, and prepare financial reports.
  • Compliance:
    • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Client and Vendor Liaison:
    • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and external partners for equipment rentals and other operational needs.
  • Confidentiality:
    • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of the role.
  • Additional Tasks:
    • Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience:
    • At least 4 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • A pleasant personality with a passion for advertising and marketing.
  • Availability:
    • Immediate joiners preferred.
