Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Coordination:
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and handle correspondence effectively.
- Office Operations:
- Oversee maintenance, supplies, and the coordination of equipment rentals.
- Event and Meeting Coordination:
- Organize events, meetings, and conferences as needed.
- Team Support:
- Provide exceptional support by answering phones, responding to emails, and resolving issues promptly.
- Policy Implementation:
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Financial Oversight:
- Manage budgets, track expenses, and prepare financial reports.
- Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Client and Vendor Liaison:
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and external partners for equipment rentals and other operational needs.
- Confidentiality:
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of the role.
- Additional Tasks:
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
Requirements:
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience:
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
