Description:

Responsibilities:

• Maintain seamless production flow with efficient line clearance, equipment checks and GMPs.
• Communicate plans, monitor progress, and ensure transparency throughout the production process.
• Ensure Quality standards, HACCP compliance, and hygiene protocols in coordination with team.
• Collaborate across departments for forecasting materials, ensuring inventory levels, and developing new products.

Experience:

• At least 2 years of experience in the food industry, specifically meat processing.

Education:

• Minimum Bachelor’s (Food Science & Technology, Food Engineering, or related field).
