Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our Performance Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience mainly in Ecommerce and Fashion industry in the Paid Media department, with a strong background in performance marketing. As the Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our paid media campaigns to drive maximum results and ROI.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
2. Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across various channels, including search, display, social media, and affiliate marketing.
3. Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
4. Conduct regular analysis and reporting on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and analytics, to ensure alignment and maximize campaign performance.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance marketing, and implement new strategies and tactics as appropriate.
7. Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to ensure the successful execution of campaigns.
8. Train and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop their skills.
Requirements & Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Ecommerce or Fashion Industry, with a focus on performance marketing.
3. Strong knowledge of paid media channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic advertising.
4. Proficiency in campaign management platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and Google Analytics.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
7. Proven track record of driving results and achieving targets in performance marketing campaigns.
8. Experience in managing and mentoring junior team members is a plus.
