Description:

Chase Securities Pakistan Private Limited, a leading equity brokerage house, is seeking a talented and dedicated Assistant Manager – Risk and Compliance to join our team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and oversee risk management frameworks and policies.
  • Monitor and mitigate operational, financial, and regulatory risks.
  • Ensure compliance with SECP, PSX, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct risk assessments and compliance audits, preparing detailed reports for management.
  • Assist in regulatory filings, reporting, and addressing queries from authorities.
  • Identify potential compliance risks and recommend corrective actions.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance and risk-related matters.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure timely implementation across the organization.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, or a related discipline (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 2-4 years of experience in risk management, compliance, or audit roles within the financial sector.
  • Strong knowledge of SECP regulations, AML/CFT guidelines, and PSX rules.
  • Proficient in analyzing risk exposure and compliance gaps.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and risk management tools.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
