Chase Securities Pakistan Private Limited, a leading equity brokerage house, is seeking a talented and dedicated Assistant Manager – Risk and Compliance to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and oversee risk management frameworks and policies.
- Monitor and mitigate operational, financial, and regulatory risks.
- Ensure compliance with SECP, PSX, and other regulatory requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments and compliance audits, preparing detailed reports for management.
- Assist in regulatory filings, reporting, and addressing queries from authorities.
- Identify potential compliance risks and recommend corrective actions.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance and risk-related matters.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure timely implementation across the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, or a related discipline (Master’s degree preferred).
- 2-4 years of experience in risk management, compliance, or audit roles within the financial sector.
- Strong knowledge of SECP regulations, AML/CFT guidelines, and PSX rules.
- Proficient in analyzing risk exposure and compliance gaps.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and risk management tools.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
