Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized HR Executive to join our team! In this role, you will play a key role in supporting all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee relations. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices for recruitment.
- Organizational Development: Partner with leadership to develop and implement employee training and development programs.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- HR Operations: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee benefits and compensation.
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related questions and concerns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Human Resources generalist role.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices and Laws, employee engagement and compensation benefits programs
- Proven experience with the recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Experience with developing and implementing training and development programs.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Fluency in English speaking.
- Must be honest, reliable, and punctual.
