We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager for our Compensation & Benefits team. This mid-level role is essential in developing and managing competitive compensation structures and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage compensation and benefits programs aligned with company objectives.
- Conduct market analysis to ensure competitiveness of compensation packages.
- Analyze compensation data and trends, providing insights to senior management.
- Collaborate with HR teams to administer employee benefits and support employee inquiries.
- Assist in creating job descriptions and job grading systems.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies regarding compensation and benefits.
- Support the development and implementation of performance management systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in compensation and benefits management.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and compensation software is an advantage.
