Assistant Manager

 

Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager for our Compensation & Benefits team. This mid-level role is essential in developing and managing competitive compensation structures and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage compensation and benefits programs aligned with company objectives.
  • Conduct market analysis to ensure competitiveness of compensation packages.
  • Analyze compensation data and trends, providing insights to senior management.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to administer employee benefits and support employee inquiries.
  • Assist in creating job descriptions and job grading systems.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies regarding compensation and benefits.
  • Support the development and implementation of performance management systems.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in compensation and benefits management.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and compensation software is an advantage.
