Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Ø Oversee all telemedicine and video conferencing operations, ensuring seamless functionality.
Ø Manage overall IT operations, ensuring continuous and efficient service delivery.
Ø Submit detailed daily and weekly reports on IT operations and issues.
Ø Provide technical assistance and support for users of corporate software.
Ø Address and resolve technical issues encountered by end-users.
Ø Ensure robust network connectivity through LAN and WAN configurations.
Ø Manage and configure authentication and authorization of directory services, internet gateways, and firewalls.
Ø Maintain network servers, including file servers, VPN gateways, and databases.
Ø Utilize network monitoring and analysis tools to maintain network performance.
Ø Diagnose and resolve network problems, escalating issues to vendors as necessary.
Ø Maintain and upgrade network facilities on end-user systems, including drivers, patches, and settings for PCs and printers.
Ø Work flexible hours, including shifts and odd timings, as required.
Ø Remain responsive and effective under pressure, resolving issues quickly to meet tight deadlines.
Ø Install, configure, and implement servers, databases, applications, networks, routers, cables, switches, and related hardware.
Ø Work closely with co-workers to promptly troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Ø Manage and maintain all systems networks, including video conferencing equipment, server room infrastructure, desktop machines, surveillance systems, IP PABX, printers, firewalls, and mobile devices.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the IT Manager.
Requirements:
Ø Experience with telemedicine platforms and video conferencing tools
Ø Proficiency in networking and server management
Ø Knowledge of storage solutions and backup strategies.
Ø Familiarity with cloud platforms and cloud security.
Ø Understanding of cybersecurity principles and tools.
Ø Ability to script and automate tasks.
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor of Computer Science from HEC recognized university.
2-5 years of experience.
