Assistant Manager

Description:

𝐑𝐎𝐋𝐄 𝐃𝐄𝐒𝐂𝐑𝐈𝐏𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍:

• Assist. in developing concepts, products, and solutions by coordinating with business units.

• Establish project goals and priorities by collaborating with Marketing and Operations.

• Assist. in transferring new technologies, products, and manufacturing processes into and out of the company.

• Manage customer relationships and perform RFP Reviews, Customer Visits, and Product Testing.

𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒

𝙆𝙉𝙊𝙒𝙇𝙀𝘿𝙂𝙀, 𝙎𝙆𝙄𝙇𝙇 & 𝘾𝙊𝙈𝙋𝙀𝙏𝙀𝙉𝘾𝙄𝙀𝙎:

• Good knowledge in mixed methods of research – quantitative and qualitative and Familiarity with descriptive and inferential statistical procedures.

• Knowledge of statistical & data management packages such as Excel, SPSS, STATA, Eviews, R Language.

𝙀𝘿𝙐𝘾𝘼𝙏𝙄𝙊𝙉𝘼𝙇 & 𝙀𝙓𝙋𝙀𝙍𝙄𝙀𝙉𝘾𝙀 𝙍𝙀𝙌𝙐𝙄𝙍𝙀𝙈𝙀𝙉𝙏𝙎:

• Bachelor's degree in the social sciences, statistics, business administration, or education.

• At least 1.5 to 2 years of experience in research and evaluation, data analysis, statistics or other similar areas
