Description:
- Assistant manager network development will be responsible for planning and executing strategies to expand NDURE’s retail network by identifying and developing new store locations, conducting market research, analyzing data, and supporting strategic initiatives to optimize retail growth.
- Analyze the fashion retail industry, existing businesses, and competitors to identify opportunities for business development.
- Will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, negotiate with partners, and manage the execution of network expansion projects.
RIGHT PERSON FOR THE ROLE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field with 3-5 years’ experience in fashion retail/sales or relevant business development area.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market data, financial information, and performance metrics.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
