1. Lead end-to-end talent acquisition efforts, sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier talent aligned with organizational goals.
2. Drive learning and development initiatives, identifying skill gaps, designing training programs, and evaluating their effectiveness.
3. Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth, providing coaching and mentoring to employees at all levels.
4. Collaborate with department heads to assess organizational needs and develop targeted OD interventions to enhance performance and productivity.
5. Implement talent management processes, including performance management, succession planning, and career development frameworks.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor/Master from HEC Recognized University
Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing sector
