As a Manager/AM Marcomms for North America, you will be working with Head of Marketing & Communications.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop content supporting Deaf Reach North America services through digital, visual and text platforms
- Responsible for either leading or drafting sales and marketing collateral, press releases and other communication material
- Create localized donor-specific content to engage potential donors in the North America
- Develop communications and marketing strategies that cover the full mix of communications and marketing tools, including media and public relations, internal communications, brand marketing, advertising, digital media and production of materials.
- Implementing online marketing activities, including Social Media Management, SEO/SEM (preferably), demand generation, etc.
- Create donor reports
- Maintain contact with HNIs, answer queries, and keep them updated about ongoing projects
- To ensure effective and successful marketing and communications plans are in place for all aspects of the organization’s work, advocacy and products
- Support and brainstorm to develop and design digital, web, and print marketing materials
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
- Manage inter-department activity coordination for events and campaigns
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 06 months to 3 years of experience in marketing and/or business development
- Possess excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to juggle multiple competing deadlines while staying organized and paying special attention to details
- Ability to work well independently, and within a team
- Commitment to serve society through social development
