Assistant Manager

Description:

- Assist in the design and implementation of monitoring and evaluation frameworks for various projects in alignment with the project goals and objectives.

-Analyze collected data to assess project outcomes and impact,identifying challenges and lessons learned.

- Provide training and guidance to field staff on monitoring and evaluation methodologies, data collection techniques, and reporting skills.

- Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and consistency of collected data through regular data quality assessments.

- Collaborate with program and projects teams to facilitate learn- ing reviews and evaluations identifying areas for program improvement.

- Collaborate with the Senior Manager M&E, to align monitoring and evaluation activities with the organization's overall strategic goals.

REQUIREMENTS

- Master's degree in a relevant field.

-A minimum of 03 years of experience in monitoring and evalu-ation within the humanitarian or development sector.

- Strong understanding of M&E frameworks, methodologies, and tools.

- Proficiency in data analysis software and data visualization tools.

- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Effective communication and report writing abilities.

- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
