Support Operations Lead in maintaining overall green departmental health.
Remain at or below client-reported accuracy targets, while maintaining a green performance indicator for Quality Control data sampling results for every quarter.
Maintain dataset timeliness goals per defined key performance indicators (KPIs).
Seek opportunities to create strategies yielding in reduction of client-reported errors, human mistakes, timeliness errors, and process/procedural errors.
Seek opportunities to reduce year-over-year backlog.
Design, execute and support the enhanced profile of employees at the entry level of Data Analyst in partnership with the People teams.
Work on the professional development of Data Analysts to make them capable of executing tasks with utmost diligence, accuracy, ownership, and professional maturity by providing them resources and opportunities.
Develop the second line of Operations leadership by enhancing their ownership, visibility, and decision-making ability.
Drive the core operating culture of Quality, LEAN, Agile, Automation, Execution, and Client First at all levels.
Develop and execute a mechanism to measure effectiveness of onboarding and trainings.
Ensure career development plans are created for every individual and are audited by at least one skip-level leader with the plans being business as usual as part of one-on-one check-ins.
Utilize EssentialTECH, Learning Xchange, Edge, Sphere for upskilling at all levels.
Improve year-over-year retention rate of top and emerging talent and reduce open positions throughout the year. Ensure minimum turnaround time for replacement requisitions.
Ensure aligning practices, processes and strategies to develop ONE organization and team culture.
