Assistant Hr Manager

 

Description:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Assistant HR Manager to join our team in Lahore. This is a single-person HR role with responsibilities divided between recruitment (80%) and HR operations (20%). The successful candidate will work independently and manage all aspects of the non-tech recruitment process as well as HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (80%):

    • Develop and implement strategies to attract top non-technical talent.
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
    • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  2. HR Operations (20%):

    • Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding.
    • Maintain and organize employee records and HR documentation.
    • Address HR-related queries and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  3. General HR Management:

    • Implement HR policies and promote an inclusive workplace culture.
    • Provide HR support and guidance to management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of HR experience, particularly in recruitment and HR operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of Pakistan’s labor laws is a plus.
