Assistant Hr Manager

 

Description:

We are seeking an Assistant HR Manager to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of HR experience, specifically handling non-tech recruitment (80%) and HR operations (20%). This is a single-person HR role, requiring the ability to independently manage the entire HR function.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (80%)

    • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent for non-technical roles.
    • Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure alignment with company requirements.
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate selection, and offer negotiations.
    • Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  2. HR Operations (20%)

    • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
    • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
    • Address employee queries and resolve HR-related issues promptly.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  3. General HR Management

    • Design and implement HR policies and procedures.
    • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
    • Provide HR support to management on various HR-related matters.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of HR experience, preferably in recruitment and HR operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Pakistan's labor laws is a plus.
