Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience as a team lead, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on experience in ERP projects, bringing valuable insights to the team.
• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a relevant field.
