Assistant District Sales Manager

THE ROLE:

• This role will provide support in the management of assigned district’s retail operations ensuring that the best operational standards pertaining to customer service and compliance are upheld.

• Will ensure compliance of day-to-day retail operational procedures of assigned outlets.

• Will be responsible to achieve sales targets of assigned shops.

RIGHT PERSON FOR THE ROLE:

• Business Graduate with 3+ years’ experience in a leading retail, restaurant or FMCG company at similar capacity.

• Basic analytical, decision-making, and planning skills.

• Familiarity of customer service standards is must.
