Requirements:

• 2+ years as a Virtual Operations & Analytics Assistant or similar role, ideally in food, retail, or hospitality
• Skilled in data analysis (Excel, Google Sheets)
• Proactive, organized, and a strong communicator

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze sales data & report on trends
• Calculate Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) & optimize retention strategies
• Manage owner’s calendar, meetings, and communications
• Research tools for task automation & workflow improvement
• Coordinate projects, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met
