THE ROLE:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to position the brand in regional & International markets.
- Extensive research for Competition prices, Communication Strategy, Products and Sales Strategy.
- Collaborate with Creative, Design & E-Commerce teams to tailor campaigns for Regional audiences, managing product launches, promotions, and online /on-ground activations & operations.
- Monitor online sales performance metrics, providing insights on customer trends, sales performance, and regional challenges to refine strategy.
- Stay updated on global retail trends, competitive landscapes, and consumer behavior to inform decision-making and drive brand success.
RIGHT PERSON FOR THE ROLE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in brand management or international business development, preferably in the footwear or fashion industry.
- Strong understanding of online / social media / influencer marketing, international marketing trends, and cultural nuances.
