Area Sales Manager

Description:

Cakes & Bakes is seeking competent, vibrant, dynamic, and experienced individuals to join the team as Area Sales Managers for their retail operations in Lahore and Rawalpindi. This role requires candidates with a strong background in retail store management and sales operations within established retail chains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee multiple retail outlets, ensuring smooth operations.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and achieve sales targets.
• Monitor store performance, analyze sales data, and identify areas for improvement.
• Train and mentor store teams, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with inventory and supply chain teams to optimize stock levels.
• Lead initiatives to enhance customer experience and boost brand loyalty.

Qualifications:

• Minimum graduate degree, preferably a four-year degree in Business Studies.
• Strong hands-on experience with known Point of Sale (PoS) and Inventory Management Systems, with preference for MSD AX 365.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of team-building and leadership.
